Let me guess: no rooms at the resort? We can help.
We'll deploy one of our fairies to sprinkle some pixie dust. She keeps watch over 35 resorts across Orlando's theme-park kingdom, from tower hotels to campsites, and the moment a room opens for your dates, the sparkle lands in your inbox. That's your alert.
Free plan, no credit card. We email you a one-time sign-in link.
How it works
We watch the sign. You pack the bags.
Pick your dates
Choose resorts, a window like “any 2 nights between March 12 and 19”, and, if you like, the room types you want.
She watches for the glow
Our fairy checks your dates around the clock: about every 4 hours on Free, and as often as every 20 minutes on the fastest plan. Dates further out are checked less often.
Pixie dust lands on your phone
The moment a matching room opens you get an email with the price and a link. Premium adds text messages and webhooks.
Where she flies
35 resorts, every kind of hideaway
From log lodges to Victorian hotels to campsites under the pines. Pick any of them, or several at once.
What to expect
How each plan searches
The faster plans look 12 times as often. Each plan sends its own fairy over the same resorts: how fast she flies is how often the plan looks, how far she flies is how far ahead it can see, and how many fairies fly is how many resorts the plan covers.
- How fast she flies is how often the plan looks. Each trip is one look at every date and resort it covers.
- How far she flies is how far ahead the plan can see.
- How many fly is how many resorts the plan covers: one fairy for each resort.
A time-lapse: 20 minutes of real time pass in 4 seconds, so the slower plans really do wait that much longer between looks.
| Your dates | Free | Premium | Last-Minute | Shooting Star |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Next 5 weeks | every 4 hours | every 1 hour | every 30 minutes, to day 14 | every 20 minutes |
| 5 weeks to 4 months | every 12 hours, to day 60 | every 3 hours | not offered | every 1 hour |
| Further out | not offered | every 9 hours | not offered | every 3 hours |
Openings can vanish within minutes, and some people watch the same rooms around the clock. Think of an alert as a head start, not a guarantee. The status page always shows when we last checked.

Questions
Good to know
What does a fairy do?
Each fairy watches one resort for one date window, such as “any 2 nights between March 12 and 16”. A hotel and its villas count as one resort.
What is Last-Minute?
For a trip that is close. It watches only dates in the next 14 days, checked about every 30 minutes, with text and webhook alerts. Premium covers every date up to 499 days ahead, but checks about every 1 hour. The Last-Minute window is very short. Our fairies will do their best, but we can't guarantee they'll find anything. If they do, you'll be notified as soon as possible.
What is Shooting Star?
Our fastest plan: every date up to 499 days ahead, checked about every 20 minutes, with the most watches and resorts. It is for a hard-to-get date you really want. We stop at that speed on purpose: checking much faster would not give you earlier news, it would only risk the resort pages turning us away.
Does it book the room for me?
No. We tell you the moment it opens and link you to the resort's booking page. Openings can vanish within minutes, so be ready to book.
Why do longer stays cost more?
Every stay length and start date is its own check, so a 4-night stay costs us several times more to run than a 1-night one. The paid plans cover that.
Where does the availability come from?
From the same public resort pages you'd use to book. It can lag or be wrong, and the resort sites can change those pages without warning. If they do, we'll say so on the status page.
Is this official?
No. MouseVacancy is an independent hobby-sized service. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any resort, park or entertainment company.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, from your dashboard, in one click. Your fairies, channels and account are removed.
