Privacy Policy

Short version: we keep what we need to send your alerts, we don't sell it, and you can delete it.

What we collect

• Email address, to sign you in and send alerts.
• Your fairies: resorts, dates, stay lengths and room filters.
• Phone number, only if you add text alerts, with the time you agreed to receive them.
• Webhook URL, only if you add one.
• Billing details are handled by Stripe. We keep only a customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie, and your IP address briefly for abuse limits.

How we use it

To run your account, check availability for your dates, send alerts through the channels you chose, take payment, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

Who helps us

Email delivery provider, Twilio (text messages), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide those services to us. Webhook alerts go to the URL you gave us.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account from your dashboard and your fairies, channels and account record are removed. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as the law requires.

Your choices

Every alert email has a one-click link to stop all alerts. You can remove channels any time. To ask for a copy of your data, email hello@mousevacancy.com.
