What we do
MouseVacancy checks publicly available resort booking pages for availability on dates you choose and tells you when something opens. We do not book, hold or guarantee any room, and we are not a travel agent.
No affiliation
MouseVacancy is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any resort, theme park or entertainment company. Resort names are used only to describe what you are watching.
Accuracy and availability
Availability information may be late, incomplete or wrong, and the sources we read can change or stop working without notice. Alerts can be delayed or missed. Short-window plans such as Last-Minute watch only a very brief period, and we cannot guarantee that anything will open in it; if something does, we will notify you as soon as we can. Do not rely on MouseVacancy for anything where a missed or late alert would cause you real loss. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.
Plans and billing
The free plan is free. Premium is a subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, renewing until you cancel from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; Premium continues to the end of the paid period. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are at our discretion unless the law says otherwise.
Text messages
If you add a phone number you agree to receive alert texts and a verification code at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or remove the number from your dashboard.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate contact details, keep your sign-in email secure, and do not misuse the service, including pointing webhooks at systems you do not own or overloading the site.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or if we have to shut it down.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or travel costs.
